Election Administration Plan

The California Voter's Choice Act (VCA) requires the County to develop an Election Administration Plan (EAP), which also includes an Election Security Plan and Voter Education and Outreach Plan. The EAP is intended to provide transparency and inform voters on all aspects of the VCA. This includes the Vote by Mail process, services and information available at Vote Ce​nter and Ballot Drop Box locations, and information specific to voters with disabilities and language minority voters.

The EAP will highlight VRE's outreach goals moving into the 2024 - 2027 election cycles. A list of upcoming events is published on the VRE website.​ For additional events, ideas for outreach opportunities, or recommendations to improve the EAP, please email voter-outreach@saccounty.gov. 

The p​ublic comment period is closed for this EAP revision. However, feedback and recommendations to the EAP and future VRE efforts will be accepted at any time.
