August 3, 2026 (E-92) 

Impartial analysis due from County Counsel for measures. Not to exceed 500 words in length - Elections Code §§ 9160, 9313, 9500

August 6, 2026 (E-89)

Deadline to submit Arguments IN FAVOR OF or AGAINST a local measure. Not to exceed 300 words in length - Elections Code §§ 9162, 9163, 9316, 9501, 9502

August 7, 2026 – August 16, 2026* (E-88 to E-79) *Moves to the next business day.

10-calendar day public review period for Arguments IN FAVOR OF or AGAINST any measure. During this 10-calendar day review period, any person may seek a Mandate or injunction requiring any or all material in the Argument IN FAVOR OF or AGAINST to be amended or deleted.  All Writs of Mandate must be filed by the end of the 10-calendar day public examination period - Elections Code §§ 9163, 9190, 9380, 9509

August 10, 2026 (E-85)

Deadline to submit Rebuttals to Arguments IN FAVOR OF or AGAINST a measure argument. Not to exceed 250 words in length - Elections Code §§ 9167, 9317, 9504

August 11, 2026 – August 20, 2026 (E-84 to E-75)

10-calendar day public review period for Rebuttals to Arguments IN FAVOR OF or AGAINST any measure. During this 10-calendar day review period, any person may seek Writ of Mandate or injunction requiring any or all of the material in the Rebuttals to Arguments IN FAVOR OF or AGAINST to be amended or deleted.  All Writs of Mandate must be filed no later than the end of the 10-calendar day public examination period - Elections Code §§ 9167, 9190, 9380

August 12, 2026 (E-83)

Deadline to withdraw a measure that has been submitted to the voters of any jurisdiction at an election. The order of election shall not be amended or withdrawn after this date - Elections Code § 9605

Vote Center locations increase in number to TBD, open through Election Day - Elections Code § 4005 (a)(3)(A)

November 3, 2026 (Election Day)

All Vote Centers will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. All ballots mailed must be postmarked on or before this date to count in this election - Elections Code §§ 1000 4005(a)(3)(A)
