How to Report Election Fraud

Occassionally, we receive calls regarding allegations of fraud or violations of laws​. We are not an enforcement agency, so we are unable to respond directly to most complaints.

If you believe that you are a victim of election fraud or have witnessed a criminal violation of the California Elections Code, you may utilize the resources below to report the violation.
