Voter Registration and Elections (VRE) will conduct precinct selection for the June 5, 2019, Senate District 1 Special General Election one percent manual tally in accordance with California Election Code. Selection will be made by the Registrar of Voters, Courtney Bailey-Kanelos.

This process validates the tabulation of ballots generated by the electronic voting equipment before certifying election results. 1 of the 59 voting precincts from the June 4, 2019 Special General Election will be selected. The manual tally will begin immediately following the selection.​
